I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and I received my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013. I worked for a Naturopathic Doctor as a Health Coach for 8 years and worked with hundreds of clients, helping them achieve life changing results. I can help you give up dieting for good and learn how to choose nutrient dense foods that make you feel your best. Learning the foods that work for you specifically can help with better sleep, less inflammation, better digestion, less aches and pains and clearer brain, just to name a few. I will be sharing tips and recipes that will help you feel the best you have ever felt.
It is not just about food though. It is about balancing all aspects of your life and making time for activity and friends, managing stress and getting lots of sleep! (my personal favorite) Learn how to nourish your body and mind by eating delicious, REAL food, living life to the fullest every day and relishing every moment of it. I am here to show you how.

What is it like to work with me?
I cater my coaching to your needs. Working with me includes 2 – 45 sessions per month. These can be in person or via zoom. You will get unlimited email support between sessions. I will help you with recipes and meal ideas for your specific needs. The most important part is the accountability that will help you stay motivated and on track! If you are local, a grocery store tour or pantry makeover can be used for one of your sessions. I teach people how to clean up their diets and shop for the best ingredients in order to make their family favorites healthier! I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

Pantry Makeover
Would you love someone to help you clean out your pantry (and fridge) and teach you what to look for when deciding the things to keep and the things to get rid of? I can help you stock a pantry full of healthy, wholesome foods and the best ingredients to use in your favorite recipes.
