This is a safe and effective cleanse – based on the elimination diet – that won’t deprive you or leave you feeling hungry. By the end of 14 days, you’ll have a much better idea of which foods work for your body and which don’t. Instead of relying on fasting, pills, or powders, we’ll be focusing on eating whole foods and improving your digestion. You’ll eat delicious, seasonal foods that are designed to support your body’s natural processes of detoxification and cleansing. You’ll simply be cutting out certain foods that many people are sensitive to and don’t even know it like gluten, dairy, caffeine, corn, soy, sugar, etc. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of wonderful foods to choose from!
It’s simple…when you sign up, you will receive a welcome email and if you are part of a group cleanse, you will get a link to join the private Facebook group. About one week before the cleanse starts, you will receive all of your materials…guide, recipes, food diary and shopping list. This will give you time to read through everything, do your grocery shopping and start cutting back on sugar, processed foods and caffeine before the actual start date to make the transition a little easier.

If you would like to do a more personalized cleanse with additional one on one support, I’m offering a package that includes 2 hours of my time along with everything else. You can use the time for meal planning, grocery store help, a grocery store tour, general coaching, etc. This cost of this package is $150.
